We just wanted to tell you how thrilled we have been with Chesapeake Yacht Center as a whole. You were our staunch advocates during the build process, which took place half way around the world and across multiple time zones. You managed details and custom changes with professionalism and timeliness. You soothed our stress and talked us through the process. Your training program has enabled me to confidently captain a boat that is 15 feet longer than our previous one (which I was totally intimidated to drive.) As you know, we took possession in late June and have enjoyed every possible minute since on our boat! Our whole family, including our rescue mutt, LOVES it.

Matt has owned boats for over 25 years, and he knows that with any boat, there is a “break-in” period, where little kinks get worked out. It happens with new and used boats alike. EVERY time we have needed you, your outstanding, white-glove service team has been at our house THE NEXT DAY to take care of whatever issue we ran into, no matter how inconsequential. It has been so refreshing to be able to relax and depend on a service crew- most companies in the industry do NOT have a sterling reputation for prompt and excellent service.
