The people at Chesapeake Yacht Center were top notch from the very beginning. It doesn’t matter if you’re buying a 2 million dollar boat or a 10,000 dollar boat they treat all customers the same, with excellence and humility. Everything was on schedule and on budget. My wife and I have been on a 5 year journey in search of our dream yacht.  We attended almost all the boat shows on the east coast including St Pete.  If you aren't aware, you have to have a broaker or give them your email to go on board to see any yacht.  We met Ian Dimka from CYC 5 years ago.  Every year sense, CYC helped us narrow our choices down.  This year was it!   From a 25' Rinker docked in Lake Erie Pa to a 58' Sirena, we are  blessed to have CYC navigate us through this process.  We appreciated all that they have done for us, so much, we commute from Pittsburgh to Baltimore.  Now CYC/ Lighthouse point marina is our second home.  We have it all here, from fuel, to every slip having its own pump out and more.  CYC has the best service.  Whatever you need fixed, it's done professionally.  They have someone for everything you'll need.

My point is CYC is a one stop deal.  We are excited and happy for our ongoing relationship with CYC.

My wife and I have been searching for a yacht for 5 years.  We met Ian Dimka, Broker for CYC in 2019, Fort Lauderdale boat show.  Every year afterwards, at the Fort Lauderdale boat show, Ian would motivate us to pursue our dream.  This year, Ian said, It's time.  "You guys have been here looking at the same yacht for 5 years.  This year, it's time."  He supported us through the dreadful financing and insurance process and made it simple.  If he didn't have the answer, he got us in touch with someone who did.  We finally purchased a 2022 Sirena 58 in Delray FL and had to have it shipped to Baltimore.   Ian took care of the captains, survey, and any other items we needed and or requested. I don't write alot of reviews, but just had to share my experience using CYC.  I have owned a Prestige 550 for years and have had alot of different vendors, brokers, etc., over that time.  The folks at CYC are just different, plain and simple.  They do a fantastic job whenever they work on the boat, but are also extremely professional, accommodating, and trustworthy.  I have total faith in their work as well as their opinion on what needs to be done.  When I am ready for my next boat I will definitely be look at CYC as my first stop as well. In December of 2023, I purchased a Prestige 460 from Chesapeake Yacht. Buying a boat so far from my home of Tampa was not my first choice but I liked the boat and decided that the journey home would be my first adventure. I just returned home from a wonderful 1350 nautical mile trip which spanned 14 days.The boat performed as expected in many different weather/wind conditions. I would say the boat performance exceeded expectations.

I am writing to express my gratitude and thanks to Ian and the Chesapeake Yacht team.

In the beginning, the sales portion of the project was easy and straightforward. I appreciated the fact there were no "surprises' '.

Because the boat was purchased in December, the inspections, "haul out" and winterizing needed extra care which the team took care of. In addition, after the sale we arranged for our Starlink install and boat cleaning to be done from a distance and that was done by CYC without any issues.

Ahead of our trip, Ian spent time with us (again) going over all of the intricacies of the boat and its systems. This proved to be very helpful/

In addition, during our journey we relied on CYC  when we had questions on things that were unknown to us. Each time there was an encouraging Ian helping us out with the information we needed.

Thanks again for putting the trade together but especially the relationship we developed after the sale. My best wishes to you and the entire team.

Chesapeake Yacht Center was absolutely AMAZING to work with!  Mr. Trey Schaefer was absolutely MAGNIFICENT and extraordinarily knowledgeable in every way while assisting us with our yacht search.  Extremely kind, courteous, flexible, informed, as well as very detail oriented, would capture only a few of the tremendous superlatives that I'd use to describe Mr. Schaefer as he guided us throughout the entire search, inspection, and purchasing process (including great follow-up and yachting resource recommendations). Simply OUTSTANDING!  We purchased a new boat from CYC and the experience from prior to sale, during sale, during delivery and after sale service is second to NONE!

This is our 11th boat purchase over 35 years and by far the best we've ever had.  Ryan, Josh, Gregg, Justin and the entire CYC Team care and are passionate about making the experience the best it can be.

While boats are made by a variety of manufactures, the end success lies in the dealer you work with, as the purchase is just the first step.  They listened to what we wanted and needed, delivered upon those items and then have taken care of us every step of the way - long distance!

I wanted a new yacht and was referred to CYC to look at some options. I met with the team there. My comfort level was high with them from the first meeting. I considered several boat options, they took me on a couple sea trials, I settled on the Prestige 690, they found one for me, and we proceeded with and completed a smooth transaction. I purchased the boat this past summer. Since closing the excellent service has continued. This was not a take your money and wave bye at the dock type of deal. These guys are skilled at all aspects of boat ownership, and their post-sale support is almost partner level. CYC is a “one of a kind”, outstanding organization! Starting with Ian Dimka, their top notch salesman to Justin in Service, their boat captains who provide orientation and Captains Training , to Josh and Ryan, they all are shining stars!
We ordered a new Prestige 59’ Fly two years ago and had a trip to Cape Cod planned with our siblings. The delivery schedule was very tight but they came thru for us so we could stick with our planned trip!  We literally took delivery about two weeks before our departure date from Bohemia Bay.  But that wasn’t even the most impressive part.  Being  on a brand new boat, we were bound to have some questions arise. They answered their phones any time we called and quickly gave us the answers we needed!!!
They provide an amazing “Red Carpet Delivery “ along with champagne, gourmet lunch and some special gifts for the boat!

They were invaluable during the transaction, and their service department has far exceeded my expectations  ever since. Absolutely amazing experience!  When we decided to look at upgrading our boat we found CYC.  The sales/finance team of Josh, Ryan and Ian was outstanding.  The entire team was personable, down to earth, engaging, flexible and willing to work with my wife and I before, during and after the purchase of our boat.  The follow-up service provided with their product (in slip maintenance and service, captain support, warranty inspections, special events & raft ups to name a few) has been great as well, we have had the occasion of working with the service team (Justin and his Team) and their candor, honesty and communication rhythm was and continues to be GREAT.
